Fees and Cancellation Policy: A $50 non-refundable deposit reserves your registration; FULL payment must be made by the first day of class. Notice of withdrawal must be received no later than 3 days prior to the first day of class. No refunds will be given after that time. Please do not ask for credit. Clay Date does not require a deposit or pre-registration but we do recommend that you make a reservation as space is first come first serve and has a limited enrollment. Red Hot reserves the right to cancel, combine, or reschedule classes in order to adjust for enrollment. The minimum number of participants needed to establish a class is five. If Red Hot cancels a class due to insufficient enrollment, registered participants will be informed and given the opportunity to register for another class. If participants do not want to transfer, a full refund will be given. With the exception of Clay Date, class fees do not include supplies. Supplies are available for purchase separately and vary depending on the class. I have read and understand the policies.
